Why is that? Lack of support from the top? Resources? Money? Buy-in from the rest of the business? All the above? Personal knowledge, networks, know-how? Something else?

System change is complex and there’s no sustainability, ESG or Net Zero playbook (yet). I’ve seen how tough it is, and that’s why I decided to dedicate the rest of my career to supporting those in positions to change the world for good, by helping them find and stay at their best”.
